Daily Preparation
- Assist in preparing ingredients for stir-fries, curries, soups, rice, and noodle dishes.
- Cook and assemble basic dishes under the direction of the CDP.
- Portion sauces, slice meats/vegetables, and help with plating during service.
Kitchen Maintenance
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and storage areas regularly.
- Label and store items according to hotel food safety procedures.
- Assist in unpacking deliveries and storing perishable ingredients quickly and correctly.
Learning & Growth
- Learn and apply Asian cooking techniques including wok handling, steaming, and sautéing.
- Observe kitchen routines and seek guidance to improve performance and efficiency.
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
