Position Summary
The Executive roles is to supports daily on sales functions and stations’ administrative tasks. The Executive is also required to provide data, information or analysis from market research conducted by the Executive. The Executive will be the communication liaison between the station and Regional Office based in headquarters. The Executive may also be required to contribute towards any special projects initiated by the Regional Office or MABKargo Commercial Department.
Key Accountability
- The executive is to coordinate with stations to obtain market rates for analysis by the business unit or department.
- Monitor station performances and reports and ensure that the stations are aligned to the business strategies of MABKargo Commercial Department and to support stations to achieve set targets or KPI.
- Prepare new or update existing agreements with customers, cargo agents, or freight forwarders station’s cargo sales purposes.
- Perform market analysis provide market data, information and reports to supervisor.
- Perform administrative duties as sales support functions in bridging stations and headquarters.
- Assist in any special projects related to Regional Office or Commercial Department when required.
- Report any detected discrepancies or anomalies related to stations sales performance immediately to supervisor or related MK management personnel.
Qualification & Working Experience
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically required.
- Certifications in sales, customer relationship management (CRM), or marketing.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales in cargo airlines and aviation or a related field is preferred
Areas of Experience
Proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with the ability to understand, read, and write in all three languages.

- Ability to lead and provide guidance to internal/external team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office 365
