Work scope
- act as an escalation point for complex customer issues and resolve them efficiently;
- analyze customer service data, generate weekly reports;
- work closely with colleagues from china region to address users' pain points, contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes;
- ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
- ability to motivate, coach and develop existing customer service agents / new hired customer service agents;
- other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior;
Requirement:
- language: english & mandarin&BM;
- with leadership experience;
- working day: 5 working day per week (including weekends);
- working hour: 8am-5pm;
- work from home using own computer and internet;
- can start work within short notice period
