Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding ACCA accounts, applications, exam details, and results
- Process renewals and basic product applications accurately and efficiently
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions
- Serve as a positive and knowledgeable representative of ACCA to internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer service workflows and practices
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma / Degree
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
