Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all customer-related matters concerning transport, delivery, and warehousing services.
- Coordinate closely with transport planners, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Monitor daily delivery performance and proactively update customers on shipment status or delays.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain delivery schedules, reports, POD (Proof of Delivery) records, and other necessary documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve order discrepancies, inventory issues, or service interruptions.
- Support customers in booking delivery slots, preparing outbound documentation, and responding to logistics queries.
- Maintain updated customer profiles, service agreements, and operational SOPs in system.
- Track KPIs related to customer satisfaction, delivery accuracy, and turnaround time; assist in preparing performance reports.
- Participate in service improvement projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives within the department.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of handling client communication, delivery coordination, and daily reporting
- Prior experience in logistics or customer service is preferred
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience in a logistics, transportation, or warehousing environment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, delivery routing, and warehouse operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with WMS/TMS systems is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in dealing with service disruptions.
