- Provide excellent sales services to existing and potential customers
- Prepare proposals & conduct presentations to customers
- Prepare quotation on timely matter
- Prepare official acknowledgement on customers’ purchase orders
- Customer visit/training coordination and hosting
- Maintain good relationship with individuals or business partners
- Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies
- Plan and coordinate for trade show and exhibition
- Responsible for company’s souvenir and season greetings to customers
- Coordination between various departments and team to ensure continuity of supply and meet customer delivery requirement
- Timely respond to customer enquiry and calls (within 24 hours)
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the company from time to time with on time full closure
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any study field
- High level of commitment and strong team player, responsible and disciplined
- Good time management, ability to multitasks and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills and good listening skills
- Able to support customer enquiry and calls after working hours and weekends
- Required skill(s): MS Office application
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin
