Job Responsibilities :
- ◆ Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat in a professional and efficient manner.
- ◆ Contact customer for service contract renewal, arranging service schedule for customer and technician.
- ◆ Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers.
- ◆ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Job requirements :
- ◆ Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel etc).
- ◆ Good attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
