JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must at least possess an SPM certificate or Diploma in any field.
- Must be fluent in both Bahasa Melayu & English.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- Prior customer Service experience is an added advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Professionally manage and respond to customer enquiries.
- Provide assistance and resolve issues via phone, email and chat.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with the right procedure.
- Collaborate in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
