- Tasked with contacting customers to follow up on and recover outstanding or overdue payments.
- Place outbound calls to remind customers of their pending payment obligations.
- Engage in persuasive communication, negotiate terms, and collaborate with customers/clients to establish practical and mutually acceptable repayment plans.
- Consistently follow up with customers to ensure they fulfill their payment commitments as agreed.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
