Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to manage customer experience at our Proton service centre. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from check-in to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the service reception
- Coordinate service appointments and update job status to customers
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up on pending jobs, parts arrival, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate service records and customer data in the system
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and Technicians to monitor progress
- Assist in CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or automotive industry
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and conflict-handling skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Proton systems (GEMs, e-Warranty) is an added advantage
