Key Job Responsibilities:
- Full pre and post-contract management (handle independently).
- Review tender documents, BOQs, specs, and contract terms.
- Prepare pre-qualifications for contractors/consultants for management approval.
- Monitor tender/project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Attend project/site meetings; perform site evaluations.
- Prepare payment recommendations, variation orders, and finalize accounts.
- Liaise closely with consultants, project team, and management.
- Handle 170+ ECRs to date; Phase 1A already completed – ongoing infra-heavy work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) is a must.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract administration within property/infrastructure projects.
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Mandarin proficiency is a bonus
