Job Responsibilities:
- Handle cash transactions and prepare weekly sales reports
- Perform daily restocking, arranging, and maintaining cleanliness of the bookstore
- Assist customers with purchases, transactions, and general inquiries
- Manage returns and refunds in accordance with company policy
- Check and update stock availability regularly
- Receive and register payments for parcel delivery services
- Support the operation of the online convenience store
- Assist the online team in daily tasks such as picking and packing orders
- Willing to support and participate in book-related events, whether in-office or off-site, including setup and customer engagement
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Contract based 3-6 months
- Minimum SPM qualification in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience using cash registers or POS systems is required
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English; proficiency in Mandarin is added advan
