Position: Full-Time Service Crew
Location: Love A Loaf Bayan Lepas Area
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle cashier duties with accuracy and efficiency using the POS system
- Follow operational and daily settlement procedures
- Prepare and arrange simple snacks and beverages (hot and cold)
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs
- Approach customers to close sales and promote festive goodies
- Maintain a clean store environment at all times
- Take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Management
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous service crew or customer service experience is preferred
- Skills: Ability to handle a POS system, work under pressure, and communicate effectively
- Attitude: Positive, customer-focused, and proactive
- Work Ethic: Reliable, energetic, and a team player
- Industry Background: F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage
