Crystal Crown Hotel Kuala Lumpur is Hiring – Chef de Partie**
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in a timely manner.
- Ensure all food items meet the hotel’s standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
- Conduct regular checks on ingredients, materials, and kitchen equipment to ensure quality and safety.
- Assist the Sous Chef and management team in developing menu concepts and creating new dishes.
- Monitor kitchen supplies, assist with recipe costing, and maintain proper inventory control.
- Store food items in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Support and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring standards and procedures are followed at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment.
- Strong cooking skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Highly disciplined, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when required.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
