Position Overview
We’re urgently hiring Centre Managers to lead our education centres and ensure quality delivery of our teaching programmes. If you’re currently in Retail, F&B, or other customer-facing managerial roles, and you're ready to make a meaningful career shift into the education industry, we want to meet you!
Key ResponsibilitiesEducation & Parent Relations
- Act as the main liaison for parents on children’s learning progress.
- Guide parents through our curriculum and personalized learning plans.
- Ensure a high standard of teaching quality and student development.
Centre & Team Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of educators.
- Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling and performance reviews.
- Maintain a positive, child-friendly, and well-organized centre environment.
Operations & Performance
- Handle student enrolments, retention, and centre resource planning.
- Track KPIs such as learning outcomes, parent satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with HQ for training, reporting, and policy compliance.
Business Development & Growth
- Drive local marketing and promotional efforts to increase enrolments.
- Establish relationships with surrounding schools, kindergartens, and communities.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities to expand centre visibility and performance.
- Collaborate with HQ to implement business initiatives and meet revenue targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline (Education-related fields are a plus).
- Open to candidates with managerial experience from Retail, F&B, or service-based industries.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in Mandarin (Chinese-speaking preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Training & Development
- Must attend a 1-month training program at our HQ in Sri Petaling.
- Hostel accommodation is provided for candidates from other states.
- Shortlisted applicants must complete an MBTI personality test and submit a screenshot of the results.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
