岗位职责 Key Responsibilities
- 开拓 Web3 / 区块链 / 加密货币 / 金融理财 市场，推动业务增长。
Expand business opportunities in Web3 / Blockchain / Cryptocurrency / Financial Investment sectors.
- 制定并执行市场推广及业务拓展计划，提升品牌影响力。
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to strengthen brand presence.
- 运用并拓展区块链社群、KOL、团队长等行业资源。
Leverage and expand blockchain community, KOL and industry leader networks.
- 寻找、洽谈及维护战略合作伙伴（交易所、钱包、DeFi 项目、NFT 社群、媒体等）。
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with exchanges, wallets, DeFi projects, NFT communities and media platforms.
- 协调内部团队执行市场活动及社区运营，确保项目落地。
Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
- 跟进业务进展，分析市场趋势并定期向管理层汇报。
Track business performance, analyze market trends and provide regular reports to management.
任职要求 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、金融、经济学、区块链相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Blockchain-related field preferred.
- 2 年以上 Web3 / 区块链 / 加密货币 / 金融行业市场拓展经验。
Minimum 2 years experience in business development within Web3 / Blockchain / Crypto / Finance sectors.
- 拥有区块链社群、KOL、行业人脉资源，并有成功拓展案例。
Strong blockchain industry network and proven success in building partnerships.
- 具备优秀的商务谈判能力、市场洞察力及项目推动能力。
Excellent negotiation skills, market insight and project execution capability.
- 中英文流利（口语及书写）。
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- 自驱力强、结果导向、能在压力下独立完成任务。
Self-motivated, result-driven and able to work independently under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
