1. Location Footfall &Viability Analysis
- Carry out in-depth market research and feasibility assessments for potential new store locations, including analysis of competing brands and their positioning.
- Evaluate pedestrian traffic patterns, review the surrounding tenant mix, and identify peak footfall times to ensure strategic and high-visibility placement.
- Assess the expected performance of each potential site by leveraging location advantages, market data, and alignment with the brand’s value proposition.
2.Pre-Opening Real Estate & Site Acquisition
- Source and secure prime locations across shopping centers, transportation hubs, business districts, and other high-traffic zones.
- Lead lease negotiations with property owners or developers to ensure alignment with the brand’s growth objectives and site strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure lease terms support both financial performance targets and operational efficiency.
3.Pre & Post-Opening Partnerships and Location Deals
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, mall operators, event coordinators, and corporate property managers.
- Establish outlet placements through rental agreements or revenue-sharing models, covering both full-format stores and express units.
- Partner with commercial, legal, and marketing teams to negotiate and finalize deal terms that align with business objectives.
4. New Outlet Launch Execution
- Oversee pre-launch tasks including floor plan alignment, equipment setup, licensing processes, and store fit-out coordination.
- Facilitate a seamless transition from the expansion phase to operational handover, ensuring all launch elements are in place for day-one readiness.
5. Expansion Project Tracking & Performance Reporting
- Keep detailed records of project schedules, progress updates, and budget oversight for each store launch.
- Deliver regular reports to key stakeholders and leadership teams on rollout status and key performance indicators.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to accelerate timelines and optimize the efficiency of expansion activities.
6.Commercial Development& Licensing Development
- Identify and engage potential franchise or licensing partners, guiding them through the qualification process, onboarding, and store launch support.
- Drive commercial initiatives with landlords, shopping centers, and real estate partners — including premium site placements, promotional opportunities, and brand visibility efforts.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to develop and manage commercial proposals, franchise documentation, and deal tracking systems.
- Ensure all franchise and commercial agreements comply with the brand’s operational standards and uphold brand consistency.
