Key Responsibilities may include:
· Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance and operations projects, with a focus on digitalisation and operational efficiency.
· Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
· Manage multi-market projects across PACS, PAMB, and PBTB, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to regional standards.
· Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors.
· Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple markets to align expectations and secure buy-in.
· Facilitate communication, decision-making, and issue resolution at senior leadership levels.
· Drive transformation initiatives, introducing digital solutions that streamline insurance and operational processes.
· Identify process gaps and propose solutions that enhance scalability, automation, and customer experience.
· Oversee change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
· Ensure project compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
· Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project health.
· Track, monitor, and report progress against KPIs, budgets, and milestones.
· Mentor and guide project team members across functions and geographies.
· Foster collaboration across operations, IT, and business teams to drive cohesive execution.
· Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
· 10–12 years in project management, with solid background in insurance and operations.
· Deep understanding of insurance operations, policy administration, claims, and regulatory environments.
· Proven track record managing multi-market digitalisation projects and operational efficiency programs.
· Strong ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
· Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery; strong PMO and governance skills.
· MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and other project tracking/visualisation tools.
· Skilled at identifying project risks, managing dependencies, and driving adoption of new solutions.
· Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
