This is a pivotal role in Collections department responsible of Digitization & Operation Improvement Unit. The role involved business requirement taking, coordinate efforts between different departments, take part in meetings, and take on any other support tasks necessary to ensure all systems enhancement able to keep the system and business functioning smoothly.
