As a Asst Manager/ Manager - Tax at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….

Your key responsibilities:

• Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations and other required reports required by competent authorities are submitted in a timely and quality manner. Conduct analysis on financial data for periodic internal and external reportings
• Advise on matters related to Malaysia withholding tax, service tax, related party transactions and transfer pricing issues
• Evaluate the organisation's current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions to ensure that they comply with all relevant laws and regulations
• Share knowledge on tax/work improvement in the company for each quarter
• Work closely with finance, HR and operations teams to embed tax compliance into everyday business processes
• Manage ongoing relationships with, external tax consultants to ensure the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service. Support in ad-hoc projects
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Finance/ Accounting/Business. Min 6 years of relevant experience in taxation field. Excellent knowledge of Malaysia Tax compliance and all types of tax returns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills. Good knowledge of SAP and MS. Office.
• Managing desk and field tax audits dealing directly with tax authorities.
Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
