JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, foreign workers and employee relations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic goals
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges, proposing solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events, training programs, and employee wellness initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Male candidate preferred
