Functions:
- Coordinate and liaise internally with Marketing team and Agents on sales closures.
- Follow up with relevant parties such as Solicitors, SUK, PTG, KPKT and etc on submission and attaining approval.
- Follow up and coordinate with Banks for Financing application and Buyer's loan application.
- Plan and ensure smooth SPA preparation and Agreement signing.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Marketing or equivalent
- Good command in English, Mandarin and BM
- Atleast 2 years of working experience with Property Developer or Legal firm
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
