Job Description
1. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
3. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
4. Request for replacing parts as required
5. Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
6. Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
7. Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
8. Onsite support
9. Onsite maintenance
10. Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports
11. Verify functionality of hardware and software components
12. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
13. Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions
14. Conduct daily network backup operations
15. Looking for hardware part to replace broken hardware for users
16. Solve the issue of projector
17. Setup laptop and mircophone for conferrence using
18. Manage seikosha printer such as repair and maintanance.
19. Train other staff member to perform work activities,such as using computer applications
20. Manage server room maintainance & hardware maintainance.
21. Preparing guidance.
22. Manage & Renew premium account subscription, domain hosting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
