Job Purpose:
Manage daily operations of the Insurance Unit, including motor and marine insurance, claims handling, and preparation of reports for management review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motor Insurance
- Manage renewals, claims, and e-cover notes.
- Coordinate vehicle inclusion/deletion in insurance policies.
- Handle premium computations, payment submissions, and road tax renewals.
- Marine Insurance
- Issue e-marine certificates and handle manual declarations.
- Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups with insurers.
- Manage related payment processes.
- Claims Handling
- Notify insurers, compile documentation, and follow through on claims until settlement.
- Reporting
- Prepare monthly reports on outstanding claims and premiums for motor and marine insurance.
- General Support
- Support in areas of Group PA, Foreign Workers & Group Hospitalization insurance.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin or related.
- 0-1 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, reporting, mathematical, and communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
