Job Duties:
1.Inventory Management: In Bound Team. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise follow the Goods Receive
Note SOP. Stock shelves, racks, and displays with products, ensuring proper labeling. Monitor and manage inventory levels
to prevent overstock or stockouts, communicate with procurement executive. Checking for damaged or incorrect items,
report to procurement executive.
2.Inventory Management: Out Bound Team. Maintain accurate records of packed and shipped items. Update inventory
systems to reflect shipped orders and available stock. Notify relevant departments or personnel of low stock levels or
shortages.
3.Quality Control: Inspect items for defects, damage, or missing components before packing. Verify the accuracy of items
and quantities against packing lists and invoices. Maintain a high standard of quality in packaging materials and methods.
4.Order Fulfillment: Review customer orders and prioritize them for packing and shipping. Organize and consolidate items to
fulfill multiple orders efficiently. Ensure that all items are included in the shipment and that orders are complete.
5.Shipping Logistics: Coordinate with shipping carriers or couriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Prepare shipping
documentation, such as waybills, customs forms, and bills of lading (if necessary). Select appropriate shipping methods and
carriers based on customer preferences and delivery requirements.
6.Packing and Labeling: Prepare items for shipment by selecting appropriate packaging materials and methods. Ensure that
items are securely packed to prevent damage during transportation. Label packages with the correct shipping information,
including destination, tracking numbers, and shipping labels.
7.Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
8.Security and Loss Prevention: Implement security measures to prevent theft and unauthorized access. Collaborate with
store management on loss prevention strategies. Perform periodic stock take, inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
9.Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Directors/Manager.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training may be preferred.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within a retail or wholesale setting.
4. Required Skill(s): Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, Basic math skills and inventory management, Attention to detail and organizational skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Physical stamina for standing, lifting and moving inventory.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
