Overview
Our client is a well-regarded legal practice located in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. The firm specializes in property transactions, loan documentation and corporate advisory, This is an excellent opportunity for junior lawyers seeking meaningful, hands-on file experience in a collaborative boutique environment.
Responsibilities
1) Handle sub-sale and direct developer SPA and loan documentation
2) Liaise with clients, bankers, agents and authorities (e.g., land offices, developers)
3) Support other conveyancing-related tasks and file management as assigned
Requirements
1) Malaysian-qualified lawyer with a valid Practicing Certificate (PC)
2) 0 to 2 years PQE welcome; training and guidance will be provided
3) Prior experience in sub-sale conveyancing and loan documentation is preferred
4) Good communication and interpersonal skills
5) Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage due to client base
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
