- Assisting with client account registrations in CRM, SAP (MDG), and IRIS (e-invoicing portal)
- Processing internal/external claims and updating Troopers/YAMBS
- Following up with clients' procurement teams for PO, invoice confirmation, and document tracking
- Managing administrative documentation, ACA training filing, and pre/post-training HRDF documents
- Supporting debt collection follow-up and maintaining billing trackers
- SPM/Diploma in any discipline.
- Proficient in Computer & Excel
- Experience with HRD Corp registration and claim is an added advantage
- Willing to travel and work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
