Administrator at SMART Consultancy Sdn Bhd (Taman Molek)
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Administrator to join our team at SMART Consultancy Sdn Bhd, located in Taman Molek.
Job Scope
- General paperwork and administrative tasks
- Data entry and database updates
- Follow up on insurance premium records
- Prepare and compile reports
- Design posters using Canva
- Provide admin support including filing and handling correspondence emails
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Canva
- Willing to learn and able to adapt to changes
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Possess a positive working attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to read, write, and communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English
- (Multi-lingual candidates will have an added advantage)
- Minimum qualification: STPM or equivalent
- Fresh graduates with a can-learn attitude are welcome to apply!
- Candidates who can start immediately are highly encouraged to apply
Salary Range
- RM2,200 – RM2,400 (based on capability and experience)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
