Job Requirements:
- Generate and process accurate invoices for logistics services including transportation, warehousing, and freight.
- Ensure all billing deadlines are met consistently and efficiently.
- Understand and apply e-invoicing procedures as per LHDN guidelines
- Verify billing data such as rates, surcharges, and discounts against contracts and rate sheets.
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth billing cycles.
- Stay updated on Malaysian accounting laws relevant to the logistics sector, including SST compliance
- Assist in preparing financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1–2 years of experience in billing or accounting, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Familiarity with e-invoicing platforms such as MyInvois or other LHDN-approved systems.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and SST regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
