Job Focus:
* Understand the e-invoices procedure and Malaysia law on the accounting ruling for logistics industry.
* Must be able to hit all dateline given.
* Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm
* Salary range: RM2,000 – 2,500 (depending on industry experience)
Job Requirements:
1. Generate and process accurate invoices for logistics services including transportation, warehousing, and freight.
2. Ensure all billing deadlines are met consistently and efficiently.
3. Understand and apply e-invoicing procedures as per LHDN guidelines
4. Verify billing data such as rates, surcharges, and discounts against contracts and rate sheets.
5. Maintain organized billing records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
6. Collaborate with operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth billing cycles.
7. Stay updated on Malaysian accounting laws relevant to the logistics sector, including SST compliance
8. Assist in preparing financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
2. 1–2 years of experience in billing or accounting, preferably in logistics or transportation.
3. Familiarity with e-invoicing platforms such as MyInvois or other LHDN-approved systems.
4. Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and SST regulations.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
7. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
