Job Descriptions:
- To manage and update the product listings on TikTok.
- To ensure timely upload the promotional banners, product images, and product descriptions.
- To monitor the stock levels, price changes, and ensure the products are up to date on TikTok.
- To assist in executing promotional campaigns, flash sales, and online marketing activities.
- To handle customers’ inquiries and feedback promptly.
- To analyze the performance, including the sales trends and customer’s behavior.
- To provide regular sales performance report to management team.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce, experience on TikTok is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of online marketing tools and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Good communication skills and customer service skills.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
