TikTok Live Hosting
- Host engaging and interactive TikTok Live sessions to introduce and sell products in real time.
- Demonstrate product features clearly and persuasively while responding to viewer questions and comments.
- Encourage audience interaction through live Q&A, challenges, giveaways, and other engagement activities.
- Prepare product line-ups, live scripts, and appealing display setups to ensure smooth sessions.
- Set up and manage basic livestream equipment (lighting, camera, backdrop).
Short-Form Video Creation
- Plan, film, and edit TikTok videos that showcase products, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Keep up with trends—use viral sounds, formats, and hashtags to boost visibility and engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone and visual identity.
Content Planning & Campaign Integration
- Develop and follow a TikTok content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Collaborate with the team to generate fresh, creative concepts that resonate with the TikTok audience.
Community Engagement
- Respond to comments and DMs to foster a friendly, approachable brand voice.
- Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and maintain an active presence on the platform.
Performance Analysis
- Track and report key TikTok metrics (views, engagement, follower growth, sales conversions).
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements to enhance reach and impact.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a TikTok creator, influencer, or livestream host.
- Confident and natural on camera, with strong communication skills.
- Good understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, audience behavior, and video trends.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer products.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Bonus (Nice to Have):
- Prior experience in livestream selling or influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Creator Center, and e-commerce tools.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple content deadlines efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
