Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and trend-savvy Digital Marketer with hands-on experience in TikTok Shop, e-commerce analytics, and GMV growth strategies. You will be the engine behind our digital revenue—developing campaigns, analysing performance data, and leveraging platform algorithms to optimise sales conversion across TikTok, Shopee, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute TikTok campaigns and livestream strategies that align with current trends, algorithm shifts, and user behaviour.

* Optimise performance to maximise GMV through data-driven decisions across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Shopify.

* Analyse campaign performance, customer journey funnels, conversion rates, CTR, and ROI metrics regularly.

* Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver compelling ad creatives, product showcases, and video formats that sell.

* Manage platform tools and features (e.g., TikTok Shop Ads, Seller Centre tools, Product Boosts, Shopee Ads) to drive visibility and conversions.

* Implement and improve bundle deals, voucher strategies, and traffic campaigns based on sales data.

* Stay updated on emerging trends, platform changes, and competitors’ activities to maintain a winning edge.

* Provide weekly performance dashboards and strategic suggestions to improve ROAS and revenue.

Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with hands-on experience in TikTok Shop, GMV campaigns, or Shopee Paid Ads.

* Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop analytics, Shopify dashboards, and Shopee Business Insights.

* Data-driven with strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

* Familiarity with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and performance marketing metrics.

* Creative and adaptable to fast-changing digital trends.

* Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and results orientation.
