Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new opportunities aligned with company’s logistics, procurement, and manpower supply offerings
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic growth
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and client visits
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields (diploma with strong experience also welcome) are preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales—preferably in logistics, procurement, or manpower services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse/write in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel for client meetings

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
