Position: Vege Seeds Sales Executive
- Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell vegetable seeds to farmers, distributors, and retailers to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable seed solutions.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of vegetable seed products, including features, benefits, and best usage practices, to educate customers and support their decision-making.
- Field Support: Provide technical advice and support to customers on seed selection, planting, and crop management for optimal results.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
