Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries, explain packages, and convert leads into bookings.
2. Prepare simple sales reports and gather feedback for service improvements.
3. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, finance, procurement & operations team to ensure smooth arrangements for company operation.
4. Conduct site visits and guided tours for potential clients (corporates, schools, organizers).
5. Represent the company at roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field (Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Communication is a plus).
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training provided. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality are also welcome.
3. Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Interest in sales, customer service, and outdoor activities.
5. Able to work independently, attend roadshows, and meet clients.
6. Willing to travel for site visits and roadshows.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
