Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, or walk-ins
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Qualify leads and close sales or refer them to other sales team as needed
- Update customers with monthly promotions
Sales Admin (Indoor):
- Assist manager on order processing, artwork approval, and payment collection
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager
Sales Executive (Outdoor)
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
- Able to work independently with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Able to travel for sales visits by motorcycle or car
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Admin Clerk, Telemarketing or any sales related position.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident in speaking and writing in Bahasa or English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
