Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Part-Time Indoor Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to targeted companies and factories to collect contact information (such as email addresses and phone numbers) of key decision-makers, including Facilities Managers, IT Managers, or other relevant personnel. This role also supports internal marketing campaigns and lead management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound phone calls to businesses, factories, and industrial companies to gather contact details of key personnel (e.g., Facilities Managers, IT Managers, Procurement Officers).
- Maintain and update contact lists and CRM/database accurately.
- Introduce our company’s products/services briefly during calls where applicable.
- Support indoor sales functions including responding to inquiries, preparing basic quotes, and following up on leads.
- Assist with digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns, social media postings, and data entry.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (students encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Confident on the phone with a polite and persuasive manner.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or admin support is an added advantage.
