Join our support team as a Cantonese-speaking Customer Service Agent and assist customers over calls with professionalism and care—no sales, just service!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls in Cantonese & English
- Resolve customer queries with accurate information
- Deliver high-quality, patient, and friendly service
- Follow call handling scripts and de-escalation processes
- Work night shifts including weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
