Job Scope / Responsibilities :
- Proactively engage with walk-ins and leads to book sessions
- Highlight gym facilities and upsell membership packages
- Close sales and onboard new members according to protocol
Requirements :
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Proven sales or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Enthusiasm for fitness & wellness lifestyle
- High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Able to work in rotational shifts
Working Location: 47301, Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
