Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline the recruitment process to reduce time-to-hire by implementing efficient strategies and utilizing advanced recruitment tools and technologies.
- Source top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, ensuring a diverse and high-quality candidate pool.
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific recruitment needs, align on candidate profiles, and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Maintain and update a robust candidate database, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance the overall recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve recruitment strategies.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Proven proficiency in a variety of candidate sourcing techniques, including online platforms and networking.
- 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or related industries.
- Ability to read and write in Mandarin fluently to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates.
- Willingness and commitment to work full-time, on-site at the client’s office.
- Strong skills in interview coordination, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated expertise in salary and offer negotiation, balancing candidate expectations with company guidelines to achieve successful hires.

- Must be able to onboard by 1 September 2025.
