Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling assigned duties and job functions.
- Ensuring smooth operations and providing daily status updates.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure efficient execution, holding regular meetings and feedback sessions with the sales team, customers, transportation, and warehouse team to meet customer expectations.
- Undertaking any other duties deemed necessary by the management.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
- Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Explaining and demonstrating product and service features.
- Staying informed about competing products.
- Upselling products.
Requirements:
- This person must possess own transport.
- Open to 1 year sales experience and above talent (Open industry/ sales background, have to be B2B)
- SPM holder and above are welcomed.
