Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Junior Sales & Events Executive to drive sales growth and execute memorable events for our brand. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong sales acumen, event management skills, and a passion for the F&B industry. You will help expand our customer base, manage key partnerships, and ensure seamless event operations that align with our brand’s excellence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (e.g., corporate clients, bulk orders,
- partnerships) to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high
- satisfaction.
- Manage delivery platform partnerships (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda), optimizing
- menus, pricing, and promotions to boost sales.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events (e.g., product launches, pop-ups) and external collaborations.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics: vendor coordination, timelines, budgets, and on-site operations.
- Ensure events deliver exceptional brand experiences and meet attendee expectations.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future initiatives.
Marketing & Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, event promotions, and digital campaigns.
- Represent myBurgerLab at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Work with Operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment for events and large sales.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, invoicing, and sales reporting.
- Liaise with HR/Training to align event staff readiness and service standards.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, and event costs.
- Prepare monthly sales/event performance reports for management review.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales, events, or F&B/hospitality. Experience with delivery platforms is a plus.
- Proven sales/negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong event management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia) and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on brand consistency and customer experience.
- Own transport and willingness to travel for events/client meetings.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
