Key Performance Goals:
- Monthly & yearly inventory check and reports submit promptly to Directors
- Monthly monitoring and managing inventory. Refill stock, issue and manage PO for purchases in all outlets.
- Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
- Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.
- Liaising with suppliers and outlet teams to ensure goods are received on time.
- Embark technology to improve efficiency and productivity in ordering and inventory system
- Attending events, shows, and exhibitions to network with vendors and view new products.
- Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
- Updating all records of purchased products.
- Performing cost analyses.
- Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all stocks purchase meet quality and price requirements set by the Management
- Keeping good communication with all departments head
- Generate and compile costing for all dishes in menu promptly with deadlines set
- Help chef to compile and complete cooking SOP for all dishes, semi-cooked and sauces
