I. BROAD FUNCTION
Responsible for providing support to all other departments areas on daily operations administrative and human resource functions.
II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Responsible in office administration ensuring the office and related equipment’s, safety and security of the office.
2. Responsible for providing continuous support to other departments as and when required on operational support and administrative function.
3. Responsible in stock taking of support equipment’s supply and ensuring accuracy of records maintenance.
4. Responsible in managing and coordinating daily administrative/operation activities to ensure smooth business operations.
5. Responsible in developing and implementing standard operating procedures to optimize workflows and administration/operation support activities.
6. Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement to office support systems and process.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align administrative/operation support goals and drive effective coordination.
8. Overseeing resource allocation including talent recruiting and advertising and arrangement of recruitment process.
9. Responsible in ensuring the HR documentation related to employees’ details and records are secured all times, accurate statutory contribution and liaising with relevant authority as and when required.
10. Reviewing the contracts ensuring the timely renewal of those contracts and liaising with Operations Manager and Managing Director on the reviews.
11. Responsible in providing employees with accurate related information via effective communication methods.
12. Responsible in coordinating meeting schedules on monthly basis with employees and together with visiting consultant to address on issues raised by employees.
13. Taking corrective and preventive actions related to disciplinary actions with regards to employees in consultive visiting consultant.
14. Coordinating with visiting consultant to ensure that any changes in the contract or other documentation will have legal protection.
III. EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
1. At least 1-2 years of human resources/administrative management/logistic experience.
2. Possess a higher education diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management/Administration/Business Management/Logistic Management/
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to work independently without supervision
5. Highly resourceful and have analytical knowledge in resolving problems.
6. Have experience and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally and discreetly.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
