We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Logistics Administrative Exec to join our dynamic team at MSN GLOBAL FOOD SDN BHD. (Skudai, Johor Bahru) In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to our company operations in Skudai, Johor.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and file delivery-related documents such as:
- invoice, packing list, bill of lading, COO, FTA forms, etc.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
- Handle COO application via MITI/DagangNet, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Liaise with customs, port authorities, and embassies for consular documentation and export permits if needed.
- Ensure compliance with incoterms, HS codes, and international trade regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking of all export shipments. Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Managing daily local courier postage JNT,NINJA,KEX; booking,apps submission,etc
- Support audit and internal compliance processes.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in export logistics or shipping documentation. Strong working knowledge of COO processing (preferably with MITI/DagangNet system).
- Familiarity with FTA documents, Preferential & Non-Preferential COO. Good understanding of customs procedures, international trade, incoterms & HS codes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies in managing logistics and documentation processes.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
