1. Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and application forms, scheduling interviews, and confirming arrangements with candidates and managers.
2. Manage job advertisements, including posting, updating, and removing listings on various job boards.
3. Oversee and coordinate the company’s internship program.
4. Conduct and facilitate employee onboarding sessions to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
5. Maintain and update internal employee databases and HR documents, ensuring all records are scanned, filed, and stored in the appropriate location.
6. Prepare HR-related reports as required, such as attendance records and other relevant documentation.
7. Draft and issue official HR correspondence, including internship offer letters and other related documents.
8. Manage HRD Corp applications and track the progress of submissions.
9. Oversee and respond to communications received through the HR email account.
10. Assist in the planning and organization of company events and activities.
11. Any other HR-related functions not specifically mentioned above shall also form part of your scope of work and responsibilities.
12. Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
