We are seeking a dedicated HR and Admin Executive to join our team and drive our human resources and administrative functions. The HR and Admin Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes and managing office administrative functions. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong interpersonal skills to handle recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks effectively. Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee development.
2. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
3. Integrate AI and GPT technology into daily operations to optimise performance and decision-making.
4. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
5. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Requirements:
1. Around 2 to 4 years of working experiences.
2. Able to travel when required.
2. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices and possess knowledge of HR systems and databases.
3. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in HR or any related industry.
4. Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
5. People-oriented and results-driven.
6. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
