Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the CEO’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and key engagements.
- Draft, format, and refine letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Assist in communication efforts, including follow-ups with dealers, clients, and business partners.
- Make travel arrangements such as flight bookings, accommodation, and visa processing.
- Monitor project timelines, follow up on tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Participate in meetings (virtual or in-person) and prepare clear and concise minutes.
- Provide support in maintaining positive relationships with key customers and partners.
- Handle confidential information, sensitive documents, and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Coordinate closely with various departments to ensure alignment with CEO directives.
- Help draft and review internal communications, business proposals, and executive summaries.
- Provide assistance with basic accounting tasks and general admin work related to accounts.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
- Female candidate preferred due to team composition and client interaction requirements.
- Understanding of the printing industry
- Diploma/Degree in education level

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
