Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)
Basic Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,400 + Allowances
Location : PJ Trade
Working Day : Mon – Fri
Working Hours : 9am – 6pm
Job Scope
- Interact directly with users to understand and respond to their IT support needs.
- Gather relevant information and analyze symptoms to identify technical issues.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting support and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Conduct follow-ups and scheduled callbacks to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or technical support roles.
- Proficient in spreadsheets, word processing, and common office applications.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Familiar with professional networking environments and IT infrastructures.
- Knowledge of Linux or macOS is an added advantage.
- Experience in server administration (Windows or macOS) is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior-level positions.
